Hi lately i have tried to get hold of a dm by sending a message in the dm box IG, not luck really but
made me think about the portal site and the players how they are showed.

so my suggestion is to place a dm activity on the site. Not to be showing which dms that are online, just shows that there is a dm online. As it is now you dont really know if you are lucky or not, this could in a way make it easier for both teams?

This isn't something we do for the following reasons:

- A DM might be online but unavailable to answer general queries. An indication that they are online makes them feel obligated to answer queries and makes players feel entitled to an answer.

- Players may act differently if they know a DM is online, which is not something we want.

The best way to contact the DM team is definitely through email (arelith.dm@gmail.com) or through PMs to the Active DMs usergroup!
