Item lost: Rapier (Greensteel)

Hiya,

During an adventure, after a fight, I was greeted with a message "Item Lost: Rapier (Greensteel)".

There was no disarm, inventory was not full and the item was not on the ground. I've scoured the last 3 zones I was in the past 20 minutes and the item was nowhere to be found.

I've also tried to get in touch with the DM Team as soon as possible, but to little avail, so I am reporting it here in hopes of helping out the team.

Any suggestions what I can do?

Any chance it went to 0 in repair and broke?

Nope, sorry.

Well aware of this and I generally don't let any item under 3. It was at 13/21 or something
