Scenes from Crow Nest a few moments ago, how intended this underwater rat replacement is?
In fact underwater rats were a problem for a while already. Remove all enemy spawns in the area, perhaps?

Seems the enchantment basin in the bendir dale 2nd floor far right corner across from the registry agent items sometimes disappear --- double stack is what Im told its called

If you're having too much trouble enchanting your gear, have no fear: Anyone with spell focus, greater spell focus, or epic spell focus enchantment can do enchantments more easily and cheaply (And also produce more powerful items). Also, anyone with a magic deity has a small chance of succeeding on an enchantment they would have failed, as their deity intercedes.

all the chairs in the upstairs bane church are wonky, some you sit weird, some you can't at all.
I know they got that whole agony shtick going for them, but I dunno if clipping through chairs counts.

That table and chairs are a 'tile' feature, meaning they are not placed individually nor can be moved (a pity as those chairs are superior). Now we have HAKs we can however replace it with a blank tile,w ith idividually placed chairs that do work. As an aside, it might be worth suggesting to our art team that those chair models be introduced as individual, and craftable models?

The mummified supplicants in and around the Slaver's Tower in the Underdark don't have Improved Unarmed Strike, so you get an attack of opportunity against them every time they swing at you.

One tiny bug, the bench by the portal in Salasker Square both "sit" options face east making you sit sideways.

The fine stool crafted by way of carpentry is wonky. Your character clips through it and your character always faces the same way when seated no matter the stool's rotation. ID: 1261 in the crafting menu.

Both iceberry bushes in the 'Skull Crags (Upper Mountains)' are inaccessible as they are inside rocks/mountains/trees. One in south west corner one in north east corner.

Falchion model guard has bugged lightning behaviour. It is always 100% bright even if it is night around. (MacOS client, just in case)

Feylocks can take shadow evocation as a spell at or after level 15. This grants access to Shadowbolt, Wall of Flame, Elemental Shield, and Gust of Wind.

The transition between the Crinti ruins [Underdark (Middle) Ruins (East), I think?] and the manor is problematic. When transitioning with a summon, either into OR out of the manor, typically you or the summon or both will end up stuck behind the door. This might only happen with larger summons. Once my summon got shoved into some ur-space and could only be extracted with -fetch.
This could probably be solved by moving the transition destination a bit further away from the door.

Please, move the svirfneblin engineer away from the portal at Underdark (shipyard) Treadstone Locks. It's not uncommon for him to just decide to sit on the portal and just not move for a while, being unable to click the portal if there are also tracks there.

not really a bug but, renaming "City Port" in the gondolier dialog to "Greyport" may be a good idea as i keep mistaking it for the shipyard

Not sure if this has been reported or not but Yarrow Leaves do not stack the first time they enter your inventory. If you remove them and pick them up again, they'll stack. Kind of annoying tho

HIlariously, the Shadovar Headhunter at the trading post who pays bounties on heads says "You have brought glory to Light Keep" when you trade them in. -- Is this where The LK Sargeant went when Benwick fell?

Andunor West Wheel, there is a wandering NPC called City Mephit... except it has the model of an imp.
I would suggest using for it one of the mephit models, or either rename it into a City Imp.
