I've looked into this. Ended up rewriting the code almost entirely, using newer NWScript functions. Also took the opportunity to add a visual effect so there's more feedback when the ability is used :)

This should be live within a reset or two, so feel free to test and report back!

FYI, the feedback text might be unreliable due to the changes sk implemented. Please try summoning a creature instead and check its tier that way.

I think you just need to click the spot that appears (without using the lasso on it) to get a dialogue that lets you climb across.

It does indeed negate miss chance. However, the epic fey pact blast perk is intentionally a bit weaker since the pact has a greater focus on its spell selection (which is greater than that of most other pacts).
