Re: Server History!
Adriarna Dirtytoes (SteelsSweets) kept an amazing history of Bendir from the Fort days (before NWN EE) and on until she sniffle passed on. This history keeping continued via I believe a variety of connected Bendir toons (e.g., Merry, Minto, Maya, an Elf I cannot recall, and others [my apologies for ...

Re: Minto Retires to the Book Fort
Agree with all the kudos already mentioned. Minto supported Fainda (Fay) and her guest services.
As a player: you're a trusted ally to offer game guidance, available OOC for a question, and always...always....very polite.

Golden Spirits will not stack beyond 2 ?
Description of Bug Experienced: (please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:) Golden spirit is crafted into 2 bottles per craft attempt. Re: Back in my day ...
Back in my day... - everyone could loot the same body and get the same amount separately - there was a larger disparity between casual players, everyday players, and +8hrs a day players (the haves, and the have nots) - residences were few, and only the "haves" had them - ARTEFACTS.....were a thing y...

Re: Thank you from Derristan Barley
Truly a well run character by a player that took the effort to roleplay by listening to others and aiding their storylines while adding to their own. Also, being in charge of a large organization (e.g., Shields) requires a LOT of time for the player and I thank you for your dedication in this regard...

Rami's Farewell and Thanks
I've had many toons on Arelith since I started in 2011, and Rami was a favorite. With the creation of the Commoner class I was able to build a toon that: allowed me pure RP and hopefully an imaginative way to weave a story, no need for coins, no need for grinding (or any combat at all), and the abil...

Re: Crash upon login
To the folks behind the scenes that fix these things....for $0 and their own time....thank you so very much. I am certain I am speaking the same sentiment as many are thinking. And thanks for this thread post too as I wandered here worried it might be "just me". While I'm sad for my fellow players n...

Re: Shelving kudos: Emma Young
The significant time you spend within this game, whether as Emma or other toons, provides a better environment for players both seasoned and casual. I appreciate your efforts. The Everwatch Knights Obareen and Shihar will miss Emma. Priestess Aphia will miss her too, but for a different reason (some...

Cordor Library Alterations (and Rami Excitement)
First, thanks to the devs & DM support behind the scenes that altered the library. It looks great, still has the requisite bookshelves for random finds, and of course now has the room for meetings and training sessions. Second, for those that have listened to Rami's "big plan" this is a pretty aweso...

Elder Aphia (shelved except for special occasions these days) certainly missed giving you a final bout of "secret healing". Our interactions amongst my various toons were always awesome. BZ! (Bravo Zulu)

Re: Meta-Orgs. Join? Revive? or Create.
First, a perspective disclosure, I rarely PvP and don't actively seek that portion of RP. And, I'm near 60 so I come from the pencil and paper heyday of RPGs. Hence, some bias for my posts. I selected "other" as I enjoy loose-knit groupings that aren't truly organizations as there isn't a "leader" o...

Madam...er....Lady Elspeth always heard Rami's requests for the schoolhouse upgrade with a kind heart and gave him hope. And you always took the time to acknowledge not just Rami, but all citizens on the street, with politeness yet the aplomb of a confident ruler. Well done.

Re: A Name to a Face: What to Do When Metagamed?
Curious about an opinion re: disguises. If I encounter a character labeled with "Cleric of Bane" or "Paladin of Helm" does that not imply that they are disguising themselves as such? The cleric might have a black hand amulet or the paladin might have a tunic with the staring eye gauntlet symbol. My ...

Re: Rami the Red Boots
Thanks to those who've enjoyed Rami's tours. Also thanks to a few who have allowed him to cut gems for them for free. Well, free does seem to include long-winded tales and talk of the "big plan". I've very much enjoyed those that spend the effort in RP to try and determine Rami's "angle". Players ha...
