If the icons for Passive Bonuses and Abilities (i/e. see invisibility) are not showing in the upper right of the screen, are the effects still active? On my character sometimes they show up and disappear, other times they do not show up at all.

I was reading the cookie-cutter builds forum, and was curious why for an evoker Sorcerer it dips Bard instead of Paladin. why?
