Epic-level gelatinous cubes now spawn exclusively on transitions, every transition. They are renamed to Transition Cube.

I would love this! I always found it incredibly annoying that the maps don't remain explored, and it would be very flavorful for rangers to have an innate understanding of their region without putting additional pressure on the player (my sense of direction is hilariously bad).

I hit the wall around 15 ish with my current ranger build, due to low AC. Sadly I was ignorant of a lot of Arelith's mechanics and did not build well. Once or twice when I first joined the server, but I found ships and just walking to be far more convenient and reliable, respectively. Especially considering that walking allows you to build knowledge of the server and landscape, which is just too darn useful. That being said, if I didn't feel like ...

Definitely one of the cooler experiences I've had as a new player. Never thought I'd be casually strutting through the FoD as a lowly level 14 ranger, only to come across a crowd of infernalists. Very intimidating, very classy RP.
