Since it has also been upgraded to a flagship, it gained approx 85 health and 1 dr lvl on top of the cannon. So it did gain a thicker hull. The Ironhelm's Cannon is also AB capped at 16. This ice shot thing appears to have no such limitation. which is a bit extreme. If anything, I'd at least place a hard cap on the Ice Cannon AB.
