Things like animal companion level scaling and being able to use both spellbooks at full CL would make for some interesting hybrid builds and be in line with what's already out there with Shaman/Tribal barb and AA and all it's classes, not to mention clerics.

just did another run with vigilance path and improved complex devices, but all my grenade DC's are stuck at 15. Shouldn't they be scaling with vigilante levels? (17 on this toon)

Isolating the low level experience from the rest of the server would be an improvement imo. You could set a hard cap at lvl 16 and enforce it if it wasn't attached to the Sibayad content. A robust examination of weapon effectiveness would have to account for AB/AC/DR/etc. Now, given an agreed upon standard AB and AC maybe that could be done.
