To avoid spam it might be better to have the criers only shout the endung bosses or just the Beast. That way they're not as clogged.

Not a bug- that's a placard that displays the name for the quarter. The quarter "sign" is inside (paperwork placeable like all Dis quarters).

That's a long-standing tileset issue much older and bigger than that area. To be fixed but no ETA currently.

Frankly, I think Defilers should be evil only. It feels incredibly obvious, and I'm shocked they weren't at outset.

Completed for visual changes only, using +/- 1-2% over existing values (accounting for cases where sub-racial height multipliers would have made higher values rather goofy).

Adding more language tutors (not to the ship outside Cordor, but to other places) has been a minor item on my docket for a little while. I think this can safely be considered approved, but I don't have a timetable at the moment.
