Humans have one really solid deformed head option, without counting the two orcy variants that humans can choose for some reason.
Orcs have at least one or two.
Elves do have an edgy head option with corn row hair and facial piercings, but there are no options for a truly deformed elf character.
Gnomes have that same edgy head option, but without being at my PC I can't think of any solid deformed options. Dwarves have nothing unless you include a patched eye socket a deformity.
Halflings have no deformed options.
Playing a deformed character can be a lot of fun, but you're currently limited to certain races. I think that all the core races should have deformed options. Especially elves.
