Hello.
I have Found that the henchman: Gn'Taath in the Underdark has decided that despite being an epic weapon specialist in 4 weapons, like to fight with just his fist.
I've tested this a few times, after a couple of resets and always the same.
I know Trogs can be a bit weird, but I think this is a bug?

They all do this from time to time.
Generally he uses his sword but at times just doesn't have it equipped, it's the same for the drow guy had to watch him try and pummel things to death on occasion.
