The Signature Spell version of Tenser's Transformation that you get for being a Transmutation specialist wizard does not appear to be applying the additional ESF Transmutation bonuses to Tenser's (+1AB per ten wiz, +1STR and Dex, maxed HP roll). Casting the spell from your spellbook, however, does apply these bonuses as expected.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Cast Signature Spell version of Tenser's Transformation. Check character sheet. Dispel, then cast Tenser's Transformation from spellbook. Check character sheet again.
Expected result
-----------------------
Both versions of the spell apply the same AB, HP and stat bonuses
Actual result
-------------------
Signature Spell version has reduced AB, stat bonuses, and the HP roll is not maximized

I engaged enemies in combat on the PGCC to ensure that the AB shown is not just an issue with the character sheet not displaying the true values, and was able to confirm that the AB is in fact different between the two castings
