Aquatic Elf Con

Was testing this race on PGCC.

This gives the impression you'd get a +4 to con after selecting the reward, but the reward only grants +2 con.

Is it meant to be Con+2 compared to default elf, or give +4 Con after reward selection? (If the former, an update to the description, otherwise currently bugged.)

PGCC is currently lacking the right 2da files for Avariel and Sea Elf, resulting in flawed stat adjustments.
The update announcement is correct and to my knowledge the regular servers are not having these issues.
