Banishment / Dismissal bug

This is a strange one, but I think it's worth mentioning. Both dismissal and banishment will decide on their targets by checking distance from the player, then attempting to banish the closest targets. The problem with this is that if you're an outsider, it'll start by targeting you... Which uses up, up to 30 of the HD used in the calculations in what you can banish or dismiss so long as you don't accidentally delete yourself.

Steps to reproduce
Be an outsider, cast banishment or dismissal

Expected result
Banish or dismiss up to 2x CL outsiders

Actual result
You banish or dismiss yourself, then (1xCL-3) outsiders
