Description:
When sitting on Cordor Square, near the guard's headquarters, around the fireplace, I notice that the Ballista on the ramparts, west of the fireplace had weird graphical movements with the ropes. I observed this and wondered if this could be something that could be causing issues in the performance, as it tried to render the jumpiness of the object's rope feature. This may not be a big impact and could be client side, but if it is server side, it is something to look into and resolve.
Steps to reproduce
Spend time watching the ropes on the Ballista and wait until they freak out and start moving. may have to be looked at, from different angles.
