Description of Bug Experienced:

On my elementalist, Jhaldrym, he does not seem to know the language Terran which is congruent to his attunement to Earth. I am unsure if this is intended but I figured I would submit a bug report either way.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Check via -language command.
Expected Result:
Have fluency in Terran language.
Actual Result:
Unknown 0% fluency in Terran language.
