Generalist Wizard Spellclutch

Using the spellclutch feat multiple times per rest will only refresh spells the first time.
This is after the cooldown has been advertised to have refreshed.

I do not think this is intended, from the wording of the changes.

Update: Recent updates seem to have also fixed this.

My update seems to have been premature. The issue persists as described above.
