I did a couple tests of the new description system:
Aside some basic description changes (And nothing exploded), I tried to break it in the following ways:
1) Tried to put a long text, seems it is capped -> did not explode, the item name was funny as it went outside the screen with a long text.
2) Used weird symbols on name / description: "!"#$%&/()=?<br></dir><hola>/nÑ.ñáéíóú" --> did not explode
3) Asked a friend to take the item while modifying the description, funny enough, I can still edit the description / name of the item, out of the basin, and when hitting save it modified the item in my friends inventory -> is this intended?
While updating the wiki, I noticed this:
1) Shaman and favored souls: No option to add spell slots for them. Will these class not get bonus spell slots?
2) Damage group does not gray out the property names for a bow, I can press add property to preparation list. But it does not adds it to apply properties. Oddly enough for ammo its blacked out. Is there any ranged weapon that we could add damage this way?
3) Now we can add climb as a skill option, is this intended?

The description editor seems to be working well. I've tried normal descriptions, crazy descriptions - everything works well, no bugs.
Use CHA addy bracers (with +6 perform/bluff/leadership)
Put +1 bluff on it; -11 points remain.
Attempt to put +1 leadership on it, does not let you.
Goal was to reduce two of these down to 1, apply a rune, and then enchant.
I was having an issue with rogue leathers. It would say they had -36. I struggled to figure out how to reproduce this as sometimes it showed the proper 8 and other times showed the -36 with the same item. PGCC reset may have fixed this problem though as I haven't seen it since.
Edited to add: Still having issues, I have updated a screen shot and had the same issue with Murder's Raiment.
(Its a discord image, so it will go away some day)

The Orog armour is correct, it has no default rune
Not able to replicate the other two!

Also not able to replicate this, it's not faulting for me. It may be a PGCC issue or lag issue, I'll set some delays up and see if that helps any.
Actually wasn't able to replicate this locally either, seemed to work just fine weirdly!

Testing a bit more.
Lvl 30, Tier 3.
I cannot add Leadership or perform to those gloves. I can add +1 to bluff. Bluff is the first one in the list (of +6 skills), so maybe that is why?
I tried one at a time and tried all at once. Never lets me add +1 to anything but bluff.
Another thing I noticed is that my 5/- cold essence was costing me 2 points. I added a new one and it went to 0.
Just a note to anyone with old items/essences.
I'll ask that the above things I couldn't replicate be repeated, if possible. I'll do what I can myself.

I tested the essence thing and couldn't replicate, only natural resistance on items (such as yeti cloak) costed points, essences are 0.
For the item name/desciption editor, there is no check for item ownership, you can rename/edit any item using basin, even adding a name tag like [All] to allowing people to edit the item without basin (such as via anvil etc)
I have retested and gotten the same bug. Here is how I produce it on the PGCC.
1) Go to tailoring station and make new rogue leather/murder's raiment (Perhaps other items would do this to?)
2) Go straight to putting it in dweomor basin. Produces negative points for the item.
Work Around- I just figured this out, but it fixes itself and works as intended if you use the examine function on the item. This can be done any time and it will make the item read by the basin as expected, with 8 points left.

On the live servers its not possible to put enchants on containers.
On PGCC/The rework, you can.
You can create your own superior containers, by putting weight reduction on them.
This does not improve the maximum weight capacity.
Overwrote the reduction 20% to reduction 10%.
Added reduction 10%.

was testing today on PGCC and i found these bugs regarding the enchants:
1) Enhancement Bonus: when selecting it shows Point cost 2 (on the left panel), after adding to the preparation list Point cost is 10 (10 is the correct cost i guess)
2) Dark Vision: when selecting it shows Point cost 2 (on the left panel), after adding to the preparation list Point cost is 0
3) Spell Resistance: when selecting it shows Point cost 2 (on the left panel), after adding to the preparation list Point cost is 0
4) Light: when selecting it nothing shows on the left panel (i know light is 0 points 0 cost maybe this is intended, also maybe keep this at 0 points but a low gold cost just to be a tiny gold sink could be a nice idea)
5) Attack bonus: when selecting it nothing shows on the left panel, after adding to the preparation list Point cost is 4
That's it, i highlighted in bold the more serious ones because it's giving out properties for free

Did a quick test to get info for the wiki:
A) Spell resistance 10, it shows it has cost of 2 and 100 gold, but when attempting to apply it has a cost of 0 and 0 gold.
B) Vampiric regeneration is not blacked out when trying to apply to a ranged weapon, BUT, once it is on the prepared properties, hitting Apply properties button, nothing happens. Shouldn't the system not allow me to put it on prepared properties?
