The Spriggans in the Skull Crag mountains above Guldorand still drop the old gems (appearance-wise.)

Description of Bug Experienced:
As i'm checking my build, i downloaded the xls on discord. I note that i'm missing a feat. i am supposed to be able to choose 9 feats but i only have 8.
I created a new toon on the PGCC server and at the same level i have one feat more. In my souvenir, i took Dodge at level 1, and as i delevel my live character on PGCC, it obvious did it. is that possible? how can it be legit?

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Just create a toon and just take at level one the feat dodge.

Expected Result:

Actual Result:
A feat lost.

-Portal_Ord Remove Function:
'Removing favorite Portals through the -portal_ord function has a buggy interaction. And may remove the incorrect portal.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have a fully populated list of 6-10 favorite portals. Attempt to remove either of these. I reference #6 in my example, but there's a parallel effect for all of the page two listed portals affecting their page one equivalent.

Expected Result:
Exampel A: Favorite portal #6 should be removed from the list. From the screenshots this would be Shallow Wood.


Actual Result:
Favorite Portal #1 gets removed as if you selected it from the first page. From the screenshots this would be Soulhaven.

Additional Information/Notes
It seems that the selection pointer for the 6-10 portals is based on the position in the window list. Removing portals 1-5 works as is expected, it's only the when the list exceeds what may be displayed on the first page there is an issue.

Castle Gloom - "Coal Pile" on second floor produces the "old" model of coal (not the new appearance).

Steps to reproduce:
Go to Castle Gloom, on the second floor. In the area right outside the "guildhouse," by the smith, there is a pile of coal that provides 6 pieces once per reset. The item model is the "old" version before the recent update, so it does not stack with other pieces of coal (like the type mined from an ore vein).

Cooking: Recipes not properly aware of water. Beer/Wine/Spirits all read Water 0 regardless of water in the cooking station. Does this regardless of the station used.

If you purchase a stack of 10 water from a merchant it doesn't count towards crafting. To fix the issue you need to remove all of the water from your inventory and purchase or loot it again as a single stack.

Did not work. Even with water bought individually or looted individually, nothing is getting water to work with crafting.

Edit: Checked with more water. Seems to work sometimes but not always. Water I had purely looted didn't work, but just went and single bought from a merchant did? So seems some loot water may get scrambled too.

Some of the chess pieces in "Cordor (The Walled City) Grand Temple (The Lanceboard)" have outfits that class them as being fully covered, meaning it's impossible for certain characters to read their rules.

Giants' teeth cannot be added to hunting bags, even though orc and ogre teeth can.

A chest in the treasure room at Urakh Uvesh (orclands citadel) gave me old-model exploding holy flasks. Might've been from my Search.

Tharold the Purser and similarly "open-minded" peddlers do not buy a cross-section of the new essences, giving a "this merchant does not accept this kind of goods" on, so far, acid, lighting, positive, and negatives of +1, and at least acid and pos +4s as well. They continue to buy fire essences, as far as I can tell. The very small selection of more "open-minded" merchants than Tharold have no issues with them.

Wiki reports Dark Orange dye takes 1 dark red dye, but it takes 2 in game. Other dyes look fine.

Badou Fjzeng, the original banker in Sibayad, still pretends he can access your bank. However, clicking "Splendid!" just leads you back to his initial dialogue menu.

Mining Picks from Tinker don't give Bonus to the amount of ore Received.

The Vintergard's home quarter in the hall of legends of Brogendenstein has one couch that has "sit on the floor" instead of "sit".
This causes the character to go in a loop of trying to sit on the floor where the couch stands, then being put behind the couch and walking back to sit down.
