Sencliff the siege weapons atop the ramparts outside overlooking the harbor to no damage at all to ships or players on deck. The players didn't even get a combat roll while 12 rounds hit the ship as it left.

Portal lenses bought on Distant Shores (specifically in Sibayad) do not stack with those bought on cities.

The ice golems in the Spires temple of Auril are listed as Elementals under their race even though their name and description clearly allude to being golems.

The main door to house freth is inaccesible and therefore unable to open. I think something is messing up the pathing to the door somehow. As when it is clicked, the model walks up to it, then paths back, then either stands still or tries to get to the 'door'.

Ice shield spell displays an ice AND fire vfx, I think the fire one is a mistake?
Chromatic Orb does 1d8 less damage than it should from level 3 to 9 included. (or at least so it seems, maybe I'm wrong? Probably not)

The generic beer, wine and spirits drinks in Rhek's tavern in Brogendenstein decrease sobriety and rest but do not increase water. I haven't checked in other taverns. I suspect this is a bug.

Server transition from Guldorand Freeport to the docks is bugged. Every time I enter it takes me straight to the four portal transition room.

What exactly are quartz crystals?
They are not refined gems (can't put them in the gem pouch), but they aren't either 'rocks', as they won't fit in my miner's bag.
Is this intentional?

Bug with Henchmen on Skal:
This occurred with the Aurilite follower, if you take her over to the disused jetty, swap worlds, and return back to the main village in Skal, she will be respawned and you can have two of the same follower.

Some how a bench in the Sharps district has become a permanent feature and is in a strange position by the Sharps District notice board.
I've tried everything to remove it, nothing works.

Racial Type: Moon Elf. This one was at the Cloaker's Embassy. Will edit later about the one in the actual Cloaker dungeon.

Some of the bar tops from the server side in the Eagle Tavern are finicky if you try to interact with them. You walk away from them like you're going to sprint around it instead of using it even when right on top of them. I tried to mark the troublesome ones off with the three map markers closest to my location on the mini map.

In the smithing menu there are two entries for the Cavalry Hammer (Bronze). The first of the two entries also creates TWO hammers rather than one. Didn't check the second option, didn't have enough bronze left.
I assume these entries will be taken out since there are no other Cavalry Hammer options with other materials yet, but just in case, here is a heads up.
Edit: Also of note, once crafted the models can not be modified, when I try it just says I have no weapon equipped even tho I do.
MAJOR kudos on the models tho, they look amazing, actually like real weapons, I may find more than a few characters using them instead of Battleaxe/Warhammer/Longsword in the future even if they aren't cavaliers because it is worth taking an extra feat for a warhammer that wouldn't break your wrist every time you swing it.
