Silvanus Temple Caravan Master doesn't like Bendir

So I tried to take the Caravan from the Silvanus Temple to Bendir, but instead it keeps taking you to the Radiant Heart instead. Also tried taking the Radiant Heart route from the Temple to see if it was just reveresed, but no you just end up at the Radiant Heart too.
