ASF Reduction (Not applying to shields - until relog)

Description of Bug Experienced:

Believe this bug started a day or two ago, in summary if you equip a shield as a spellsword or warlock (character that gets -ASF to armour) the shield removes both the -ASF on both shield and armour, resulting in ASF being applied at its normal rate

Steps to reproduce the Bug:

in my instance im equipping a greensteel large shield which has -10% ASF, spellsword normally tops this up with -5% giving a total of -15% for the shield

same for armour, greensteel chain has -10% but gets an additional -5% from spellsword giving a total -15% ASF.

If you relog, the scripts fire and its all ok - but if you rest or equip/unequip the shield you lost the reduced ASF

Expected Result:

0 ASF when using greensteel shield, greensteel chain as spellsword


Actual Result:

10% ASF (5% from armour, 5% from shield) when equipping a shield - unequip shield and the script fires and the armour loses 5% ASF as before.

obviously tried equipping/unequipping both items etc seems to be something to do with when a shield is equipped.

I am having a similar issue on my lvl 4 warlock. Neither my leather armor nor small shield have anything in their descriptions about reduced spell failure.

I am failing my spellcasting pretty regularly.

Try removing your shield and see if it comes back, thats what i noticed

For me the issue is not from a shield, but from a club that my character carries around that increases his int and wizard spells per day, to maximize his spellbook/wards each rest cycle.

ive been noticing that after I unequip the weapon, i gain a 5% asf debuff that is only removed by logging out

Can you contact me on discord? I have tried reproducing this with warlock on the PGCC tonight and it works as intended - that is, for pure, and multiclass once I get above level 5.

Try removing your shield and see if it comes back, thats what i noticed

Hi,

I found the bug and with Spellsword and fixed it. This fix will be live in a few days.

I couldn't find any issues with warlock in my testing.
