Buggy AI with Expeditionary Force Henchmen

All three members of the expeditionary force in Cordor that are hirable henchmen's AI do not seem to work correct, especially when being used with the associate tool.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Hire expeditionary force henchman from the expeditionary force building. I've tested it with all three so any of them should do. Put them on associate tool, then order them to attack.

Expected result
-----------------------
Henchman should either cast prepatory spells, cast offensive spell, or run up and begin attacking.

Actual result
-------------------
Henchmen runs up to enemies and just stops. They will begin attacking eventually once something provokes an attack of opportunity but will not attack of their own accord. They will also stop attacking before a whole squad of units are killed.

---------
Henchmen have various bugs with their AI, but currently this one appears to be the most glaring. If you wish to know what the other issues are feel free to PM, or I will post them hopefully after this issue is resolved.

Add to this the ranger that can be recruited outside of Brog that's level 17. They have the same AI issue. It seems to be anything that has ranger levels.

The ranger henchman in the underdark does not have this issue.
