Greensteel Spear Crafting Bug

When trying to craft a greensteel spear at a forge, the recipe is not recognizing the quarterstaff I had crafted.
To Reproduce:
Put a player crafted quarterstaff onto a forge along with the coal and greensteel ingots to make a greensteel spear. Select the recipe.
Expected Result:
Recipe ready to craft.
Actual Result:
0/1 Quarterstaff will show despite it being there.
Notes:
Worked with DM Luna (thank you again!) to try to resolve this in game. Every type of quarterstaff they could find to try resulted in the same issue occurring, so likely not limited to the item ID# for specifically player made quarterstaffs.
