Hello! First I'd like to say that I haven't had the opportunity to test this out on the live server but have instead foudn this bug on the PGCC server.
My loremaster has not recieved the +1 attack bonus from Weapon Trick at all. I have tried this:
Buffed
Unbuffed
Using a weapon I am focused in
Using a weapon I am not focused in
1 Handed
2 Handed
Every time the attack bonus has been 1 off of its intended result in the combat log

IIRC there was a bug reported that you were losing Loremaster bonuses after rest. Did you rest before testing stuff? Normally loremaster bonuses are applied upon entering to module but due to that rest bug, it's being removed. So, could you give it a try after you did logout and login again?
