Hello! I'd like to report this:

Description

I attuned to Corellon while worshipping Sehanine, to have all 4 domains and get more piety. Then, I cast a spell to test, and I no longer get piety from Sehanine's magic domain.
==========

Steps to reproduce
Choose Sehanine as goddess, attune to an altar of Corellon.
----------------------------

Expected result
Should get piety from Corellon's domains and Sehanine's.
-----------------------

Actual result
Nothing happened. I lost Sehanine's domains.

Pretty sure this is working as expected. from the wiki:
In addition to a character's chosen deity, a second deity can be attuned to at any altar consecrated to that deity. Attuned deities can be changed without the associated experience point loss like the chosen deity and will overwrite the chosen deity's aspects for the purposes of piety generation. For example, a character with Helm as their chosen deity but Gond as their attuned deity would gain piety from Gond's aspects of Knowledge & Invention/Trickery & Deceit rather than Helm's War & Destruction/Hearth & Home. Attunement can be cleared by reattuning to the same deity's altar again, attuning to a new deity and doing the same, or attuning to an altar of the character's chosen deity.
My emphasis added.

this is not how it works for all, in fact i've had previous chars attune to other altars and the domains stack...

Most likely this is because either:

1.) Your two gods share an aspect so, you went from war and magic to nature and magic, or
2.) Something you are doing doubles up across aspects. For example, killing undead gets you points in war, and points in nature. It does net you double points if you are a war-nature deity. The wiki list in this regard is incomplete.
