Attempted to purchase a lease of a rentable boat (The Ironhelm) in Brogendenstein Docks.
The ship is locked behind a guild-door but is still rentable and now owned by any single character permanently.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Interact with the sign.
Expected Result:
Be able to purchase the lease of the ship (temporarily)
Actual Result:
Despite saying none is hiring the lease at the moment it is impossible to purchase the lease of the ship as
no alternative for this turns up.

This occured seem to have occured just after the large quarter-lease change update.
