Cast feeblemind - watch as no save is rolled

I cast feeblemind on someone and no roll was done, nor was the character immune to mind affecting magic.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Be running for your life and cast feeblemind, watch as the person misses a hit against you trying to knock you down after you've casted, expect the feeblemind to kick in, watch as it doesn't, get knocked and die.
Expected result
-----------------------
A feebleminded enemy that one can run away from
Actual result
-------------------
No saves were done, no immunities triggered, you just ded.
