The Improved Invis has suddenly stopped cooling down like it used to, and stays unusable until after resting.

Bump. Is this still an issue after the last round of fixes?

For what it’s worth this is not happening for me. Though it never happened the first time.

It is happening still. It's not just Improved Invis, but any spell in the repertoire and/or feat like Blinding Speed. If you use it and the icon goes gray, and you transition to another server, it never 'refreshes' back to it's original state unless you either rest or return to the original server you used it on.

I've noticed this problem on server transition with blinding speed too, although using -cd enables it again if the cooldown is over.
