Changing Armors Ruins Imaskari's Spell Clutch

Description of Bug Experienced:
Spell Clutch is currently already finnicky. A consistent issue is that if you switch armors then utilize Spell Clutch your spells won't be refresh and your Spell Clutch will go on cooldown.

Currently have only had this issue going from a Medium Armor to Cloth. Have not tested other armors.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Wear Medium Armor with your spells used
2. Change to Cloth
3. Use Spell Clutch

Expected Result:
Spells on circle 2 and below get refreshed.

Actual Result:
Spells are not refreshed and clutch is disabled till rest.

After some testing this bug does not appear to be consistent. Spell Clutch definitely does fail to renew spells despite being used, and also in different conditions than the one described above.
