Ranger Bloodlust Outlasting Bladethirst

Description of Bug Experienced:
The healing from bloodlust ranger strength bonus feat will outlast bladethirst on the ranger.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1.) Cast bladethirst on a weapon.
2.) Wait until bladethirst expires.
3.) Hit something when you have not 100% health.
Expected Result:
1.) Don't gain any health because bladethirst is not on your weapon.
Actual Result:
1.) Gain health equal to your Con modifier
