Wizard 10 Necromancer Spec / Palemaster 16, Necromancy summons stats bug?

Description of Bug Experienced:
Was testing a current build i've been toying with on the live server alittle bit when I started to notice something, the Mummys from Mummy dust, and the Dracolich from Dragon Knight both seemed to be alittle weak for what I was expecting out of the Spec in Necromancy, I grabbed a bit of resources and did a test to find that a large number of things for Necromancy speced wizard where not applying to the summons of Epic Mummy dust, or Dragon Knight, Dracolich, the Spell resistance that is supposed to be applying, was not there on the sheets either, maybe it is being effected by the Pale Master choice? I've got no idea personally but the only thing I seemed to be receiving was the bonus spell slot from the necromancy spec so I figured best to make a report


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Pretty straight forward
- make one character 10 wizard 16PM with Necromancy spec, Spell Focus into Necromancy and Greater spell focus into Necromancy, getting the epic spell focus necromancy, Epic spell: Dragon Knight, Epic spell: Mummy Dust from the pale master levels

-Make another character, same things but this time as Generalist Wizard/PM

-Make a Pure Wizard, Necro Speced, see read out differences with Epic Spell: Mummy dust. (Pictures in post)

-Summon Mummys from Mummy Dust on all characters and inspect their readouts on sheet.


Expected Result:
Necromancy (opposed by Divination)

Passive Bonus:
+2 Undead Caster Level

GSF bonus:
Necromancy summon stat bonuses double what regular GSF provides
Summons gain 15 + (Wizard Level/2) Spell Resistance

Actual Result:
None of these things applied to any of the feat summons, at all, Dracolich, Mummys, Zombies, none of it, everything was picture perfectly the same as the Generalist Wizard Pale Master, Including undead caster level progression during leveling.

Additional Information/Notes
I figured it would be worth while to atleast make a mention that the necromancy summons for palemaster don't seem to be getting any bonuses at all for being a Specalist Necromancer, I hope this helps fix the issue.

Edit: Edited with screen shots to hopefully add more clarity to the issue.

Edit: After doing some more testing, I found that when taking the feat Epic Spell: Mummy dust, through leveling, the bonuses when granted as they should for the GSF bonuses, even with PM levels on the spread, but when the feats where gained ViA Free Feats from Pale Master levels, the GSF bonuses of Necromancy Specialist did not apply to the summons.

I can confirm that none of the bonuses of the Necromancer Wizard Specialist are applying to my PM summons.

From the wiki, believe this is working as intended - you need 21 wizard levels to get the GSF bonus

But none of the Wizard Necromancer bonuses are working. You don't get the passive +2 to Undead Caster Level bonus for example.
Also, the Wiki only mentions needing 21 Levels of WIzard for ESF specifically, not for GSF, and the GSF bonuses are definitively not applying to Pale Master Summons.

Just ran into this today while testing a specialist necromancer / pale master. Kind weird having the animate dead spell to summon a better version than the actual PM animate dead ability when you're playing a necro specialist. Is this as intended after all or not?

I'm currently working on some behind the scenes summoning system streamlining as over the years the code has gotten a little spaghetti.

This should hopefully fix this, or at least make it really clear what happens when and under what conditions. There will be an announcement in maybe a week or so and the whole system will go on the PGCC to make sure nothing is broke by it. (That is no changes to what you experience, aside from any bugs getting fixed, but how the system works will be better behind the scenes)

Please retest then and continue to post any new issues found in here so I can check them all off.
