Arcane Tower graphics error

Description:
In the Arcane Tower foyer, if my camera faces south I get a graphical error that covers my screen. The only override I'm using is a skybox override, I don't think that is causing a problem.
==========

Steps to reproduce:
Have a camera facing south in the Arcane Tower foyer.
----------------------------

Expected result:
Not have graphical errors.

Actual result:

In Discord Spyre said he couldn't replicate it, but Lindos and Woodbreeze have encountered it as well.

Rotating the camera around makes it seem like the graphical error is radiating out of a fixture. For me it seemed like a bookshelf near Westin, Lindros said it seemed to be one of the dragons.

Went to check again and see if restarting the client changed anything. The bug is less significant, but I'm seeing graphical errors radiating off of both the dragon and the bookshelf. It seems like those are the locations the errors are coming from because when I move around, the errors stay centred on these points.

After patching to the new .28 version, I have this bug as well. Picture below.

I too am experiencing these errors. I'm also getting frequent crash to desktops on entering the tower.

Popping in to say I've had the exact same as above, and have a short video recorded, if someone wants me to upload it.

Annoying Visual Bug

I tried posting this in discord first, and then realized you were supposed to do it on the forums. The link above is the image of the bug.
There is a piece of what looks like maybe grass in the corner of the Arcane Tower's foyer, near the banker. It causes weird lines to cross my screen whenever I walk in the foyer.

A picture of it going across my screen. Sometimes it's a bit wider than that.

I'll make a reply to this as an update with proper formatting. I didn't read the pinned post at first, sorry.

Description
A visual streak goes across the screen, originating from the above described point. The point does not have to be on the screen for the bug to appear. It appears consistently every time I am in the room (but only at around 1/4 of the angles).

Steps to reproduce
Have the camera facing anywhere within 45 degrees of the glitched "grass" patch in the Arcane Tower foyer.

Expected result
A normal looking room.

Actual result
A normal looking room with a large streak slicing it in half.

Screenshot(s)
Above links.

Misc Notes
Sorry for the improper post at first. I just hate using the forums, and would much rather have a discord feature for this instead. Though, I understand this is easier when it comes to actually dealing with the issues.

Which Server(s)?
Arelith Surface, specifically the Arcane Tower's foyer.

Gaming Platform(s)?
PC, on Steam's Enhanced Edition.

Spyre was able to replicate this. We're going to try some Things (tm).

Zapped some stuff. People who reliably see this, do you still see it?

I noticed the bookshelf near Westin was gone this morning, but I was still having the effect radiating out of that corner.

Today it doesn't quite look like grass, but something is weird back there.

This is still an issue. I crashed when loading the foyer earlier today as well. I had just launched the game, it's not like it was running for a while. It seems to be an isolated incident, I've not crashed since entering the foyer since.

I was experiencing this really bad again today. I pressed H to toggle the hud, and it also toggled the graphical error from showing up. I don't know if that helps at all.
