Shadovar Trade Post: Hostile Creatures left in Shadovar such as dominated creatures when someone logs off are not killed by NPCs, even though they are attacking NPCs and killing them. If a PCs is attacked by this hostile creature and they fight back/autoattack, the PC is smote by Shadovar NPCs. The hostile creature does not trigger or attack the "guard" NPCs

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Leave hostile creature in Shadovar Tradepost, such as dominated creatures.

Expected result
-----------------------
Hostile creatures fight guards, Shadovar "Guard" NPCs kill hostile creature and prevent other Shadovar NPCs for being slaughtered by hostile creature.
And/or, PCs can kill hostile creature without being smote by "guards".

Actual result
-------------------
Hostile creature doesn't go after Guard NPCs and Guard NPCs do nothing as Bank NPCs, slaves and shadows are killed by the hostile creature.
Hostile creatures can also kill PCs without guards acting, and if PCs fight back they get smote by Shadovar "guards".
