People blocking portals on transitions.

This is more of a suggestion than a bug but it's a easy fix. When players transition from portalling to areas, some areas take a little bit of time to load. Some players will take advantage of this and go afk while they load their area.
Problem: The problem with this is people take afk breaks too long when transitioning causing people to transition from a portal to a portal in a area and land directly on the portal blocking anyone from using it for a long period of time.
Solution: If we can just move the transition point over a little bit away from the portal when entering areas from portals so if players decide to go afk while transitioning, they can do so without creating stress and ruining/complicating the gameplay of someone else or multiple people trying to use that portal, because that portal will not be blocked by a player on entry.
