Mayfield's Taxes/Rent Revisited
Apologies for Necroing this bug report, but it's happening again (seems to have flagged a different quarter as the recipient this time around, however):
Description of Bug Experienced:
The Mayfield's Tavern, like the other player owned Taverns, was designed to collect rent from the shops and quarters in it's premises. This was initially bugged, but about a month back the issue was fixed; that is, until the fix seems to have fallen off after Month 3 or AR 173 (in game date is now Month 6 AR 174). If the same bug is taking place, then the explanation most likely is the same as before: The rent that the primary quarter should be receiving from all the other quarters is erroneously flagged to go instead to one of the quarters on the second floor.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Watch the bank account transfers for the PCs owning the main tavern quarter and that of the PCs owning the other quarters in the building.
Expected Result:
The primary quarter's bank account will receive rent and taxes from shop sales from the other shops and quarters in the building, no other quarter will see these funds.
Actual Result:
The primary quarter's account loses money in their own rent costs and shop taxes and sees no incoming revenue.
Screenshot(s)
As the the landlord of the Mayfield's Tavern, I can attest that tax revenue is definitely not coming to me. In fact, I haven't even received rent from the quarters in the building for the last several in game months. Here is a screen shot of my most recent player bank account transfer:
This is a redacted screenshot from the last time I received rent:
Additional Information/Notes
Due to the fact that bank transfer logs only show for the receiving party, and only at the first of the month, this was a really difficult issue to track. I wanted to make sure that the bug was occurring before posting about it again, but now that the tavern is also charging taxes on shops (mine included), it became more pressing to see the issue addressed as now 8% of my shop revenue is going into the void as well it seems (or to a random tenant's pocket).

I'm not sure what's happening here but I suspect a configuration issue. Thanks for all the detail on this one, I'll have to take a look at this tomorrow.
Done.

Fixed for next reset- probably. It may be that we'll also need to manually fix their 'parents' in the database, but I'll keep an eye out to see if that proves necessary or not. Will close this out once verified.
Done.

Re: Mayfield's Taxes/Rent Revisited
Quick update about this ticket: Assuming the reset-applied-fix went in prior to the recent turn of the month (month rollover happened late yesterday I think?); then the revenue is still not coming in. Currently Day 2 of the IG month and no change in account activity. Shops are also not subject to eviction power, if that's any indication as well.

Bumping this, as it seems the fix from the other day didn't work (taxes on shop sales are still being lost and rent is not coming in).

Looks like the Arcane Tower repossessed the lease and wants their money.

Re: Mayfield's Taxes/Rent Revisited
Ummmmm, if the fix still requires a fair amount more time, would it be possible to temporarily remove the 8% tax on the shops in Mayfield's Tavern? Since the revenue from the taxes aren't going to help upkeep the building costs, but simply going into no one's bank account, the 8% tax is rather steep in my opinion.

Re: Mayfield's Taxes/Rent Revisited
Sorry! With this being a database thing it gets way more fussy to correct. Taking that under advisement but unfortunately this is standard for DB stuff being a b*tch, cough.
Done.

Re: Mayfield's Taxes/Rent Revisited
Update on this:
First, Thank you! The rent is now properly being delivered to the right back account, and I appreciate that fix a lot!
Second, it appears that shop taxes are...not doing the same...Or, if they are, they aren't appearing in the bank transfers report (not sure how taxes normally get counted or not counted for that window though...)
