My T3 Dweomercrafter character exploded a Desperado's Raiment in the basin, which made me very sad and very surprised. Upon trying to figure out why, I loaded up the PGCC to look at the item again, considering I might've read it wrong that it was runic or the wiki was misattributed or runes in general were malfunctioning. But actually, the distinctly non-dwarven item Desperado's Raiment has dwarven runes on it for some reason.
Steps to reproduce

Craft the Desperado's Raiment swashbuckler clothing.
Expected result
-----------------------
That the runes are "Arcane" so anyone can use them.
Actual result
-------------------
The runes are dwarven, so only people who know a certain few languages can activate them. Anyone else just explodes the item in a burst of shocking sadness.

I can confirm that I made thid as an elven tailor with -el up, and it somehow became dwarven. I thought i may have messed up at the time due to long vrafting and sometimes chatting with dwarves in between crafting and sometimes working on it wkth dwarven up.

In other words, bug is probably a few months old now and occurs even if crafter doesnt speak dwarven fluently and has mostly -el up.

Description of Bug Experienced:
The Eldarbat Nihayah comes with dwarven runes. This probably wasn't intentional. Dropping this in so it's in the list.

They are being looked into.

Eldarbat Nihayah should be fixed, will look into Desperado's Raiment next.
