Description of Bug Experienced:
Unable to create a warlock on PGCC.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Create a character and pick warlock as your class.
2. Select your feats and pact.

Expected Result:
Able to character a warlock

Actual Result:
Server boots you and saves it can't save the character.

1. Attempted on multiple races.
2. Attempted using multiple, different pacts.
3. Tried using different, random character names.
4. Tried using both a good and bad CHA stat.
5. Successfully made a Fighter immediately after all these attempts.

Known spells are replacing themselves with random stuff.

To reproduce:
1. set your spells
2. Relog or ???
3. Check your spells

Unsure if bug or not, but you can still cast eldritch blast while in wildshape as a feylock.


Steps to reproduce the Bug: Use unseelie fey pact wildshape ability, then use eldritch blast on a target.


Expected Result: Unable to cast the spell while shapeshifted much like other spells are prohibited.


Actual Result: Polymorph did not block eldritch blasting allowing you to blast away as a small furry badger.

EDIT: Wildshape into badger also permanently changes portrait to that of a badger, lasting through relogs.

For above, may be due to Eldritch blast being more like a feat ability rather than a spell like one.

Didn't have the same issue with the spider portrait post deshift, which for whatever reason the shape was autoselected for me when spell was put on the hotbar and I couldn't take another shape by choice. (Epic Fathomless pact only at the time, no additional attempts made, might be a drow thing idk)

Description of Bug Experienced:
Epic Eldritch Powers, do not apply to blast shapes.
Greater Eldritch Doom does not apply hellfire unto targets. Regular Eldritch Blast does.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Have Epic Pact: Infernal.
Have Greater Eldritch Doom.
Cast Greater Eldritch Doom unto a group of targets.
No DoT.

Expected Result:
DoT on All targets.

Actual Result:
No DoT.

Description of Bug Experienced: Cant switch spells around after 20 levels warlock
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
At level up, cant switch around spells.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Level past 20 in warlock. (Undying pact to be more precise. Dont know if its the same for all)

Expected Result:
Being able to switch around your spells like a sorcerer

Actual Result:
The option to even see your spells during level up wont happen.

Description of Bug Experienced:
Hellfire doesn't do the fire part of its damage.
I even had evocation sf/gsf.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Use Hellfire (abyssal warlock) on a target

Tested on: Pgcc's playground: the two golems at the dwarf spawning point, and the wereboars at the shapeshifter spawning point.

Expected Result:
Magical and fire damage


Actual Result:
Only magical

Missed Greater Eldritch Spear due to Concealement

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Get Greater Eldritch Spear
Get mob with concealement (tested on Masterius (inb4 has special typed conceal))

Expected Result:
Ignore 50% concealement

Actual Result:
Didn't ignore concealement

Taking multiple pacts doesn't unlock the pact spells for the new pact.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take two different kind of pacts

Expected Result:
Get pact spells from both

Actual Result:
Only get pact spells from the original pact you started with.

The first part is a feature, not a bug. It's meant to represent the "twisted nature" aspect of Unseelie Fey in game.
I haven't encountered any unintended portrait changes during testing, can anyone else confirm this? Does it happen on live?

I cannot replicate this. Has anyone else noticed similar behavior?

I need more input on this one. Warlock class code doesn't edit the spell list, so something wonky is happening here.

Eldritch Doom is intentionally exempt from most Epic Pact boons for balance reasons.

Are you sure that this is the case? The secondary damage type and vfx vary depending on your currently active blast type, so if you have enabled magic blasts it might be easy to miss the second damage tick.

Pact Spells aren't automatically granted to characters, you need to actually select them in the spell selection.
Due to engine restrictions, pact spells of a pact feat you selected at the same level cannot be highlighted.

Feedback I have, but it makes less sense now:
Releveled to fix spells.
Between levels, at spell level 5, any spells marked as pact spells, on an infernal warlock, were replaced by dismissal.
Fixed it while leveling, tried relogging and swapping servers, and no bug.

But the previous time quoted here, it was for sure relogging that did it, because I selected my spells at level 30.

Glyph of Forestallment's VFX appears to be spawning slightly inside or below the floor on the z-axis

Screenshots included are of the star warlock VFX, but the VFX appears to be applying bugged universally. Will edit if I find a version where that's not the case
