Double-check commands not double-checking

Description of Bug Experienced:
(please include information of what you did, that lead up to the bug, what you expected to happen there, and what actually happened, then move on to describe below:)
Typed in -relevel, expecting to have it prompt me a second time. It instead applied it immediately, and I think it's because I typed that once a couple resets ago.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Type in -relevel, wait a reset, type it in again.
Expected Result:
Get prompted to put it in a second time.
Actual Result:
Immediate relevel

Additional Information/Notes
What most concerns me is that this could apply to other 'double check' prompts. I recently noticed the -apply-mod command and typed it in to see what it was. From what I can tell, if I EVER type that in again, I'd immediately get it without being prompted or explanation.
