Traps not returning to the Inventory

Description of Bug Experienced:
Triggered traps by non-hostiles set on fixtures, dont return to the inventory.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Set a Trap on a fixture, such as a coffin!
Ask a friend(non-hostile) to trigger the trap.
Expected Result:
The trap is returned to my inventory.
Actual Result:
The trap is not returned to my inventory.

Additional Information/Notes
I have tested this also with traps laid on the ground.
- The trap was returned.
- Detect DC and Disarm DC were shown in the combat log. This wasnt the case when the trap was put on a fixture.
The traps used were average and deadly negative enegry for the fixtures.
Average electrical for the ground.
