Disguised Cover descriptions appear broken

Essentially, my cover descriptions appear to be broken -- only for when I'm disguised. I've noticed it on two separate characters -- both Esterhaven, and my other character, Impei Cliffheart. On Esterhaven, I have a default cover description. No matter what disguise I'm in, it'll use the default cover description if I'm fully covered. I wasn't going to make a bug report because I wasn't sure if it was just some errant thing affecting me since the servers reset, but it appears that at least one other person is having problems with disguises right now, too.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Make a disguise description. (Ex. John)
Make a description for the covered version of that disguise. (Ex. John-cover)
use -disguise to take on that disguise (Ex. John)
Examine yourself to see your disguise description.
Fully cover yourself.

Expected result
-----------------------
You get the covered version of your disguise description.

Actual result
-------------------
If you have no disguise-cover description set, it defaults to your default cover description. If you have no cover description set, your description disappears entirely.

Misc Notes

Again, I've noticed this on two characters and across several different disguises, including disguises that worked previously, that I hadn't touched. I've respected case sensitivity with each disguise, and each disguise-cover description is below the 500-character limit.

Same problem here, if I save a description for "Test" it will work if i disguise myself as "Test" as long as im not fully covered, but if I save a Test-Cover description it fails to load when disguised as "Test" and fully covered, the standard "Cover" description seems to be higher priority and it loads that instead.

Can confirm I'm having the same issue as the above two. Happened sometime after the warlock update, I'm not sure which since the changelogs don't mention anything to do with this mechanic.

Had a slightly different issue with disguise the other day. Went into the Underdark fully covered and i checked to make sure anyone examining me would not be able to tell who it was due to the covering. Went into the hub and it seems the full cover was doing nothing and people could see through it. Had to do some speed improvisation to get out of there alive when one particular individual decided to enquire after it lol.

Confirming this. Cover and Disguise seem to work fine individually, but the Disguise-Cover system is non-functional at the moment.

At first I was able to get this to work, however after making a small adjustment to my cover description it will no longer register my [Name]-cover for disguises on anything.
