Bestow Curse not respecting SR

Bestow Curse does not seem to be respecting Spell Resistance...at all.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Have substantial SR up.
Expected result
-----------------------
Bestow Curse is resisted.
Actual result
-------------------
Bestow Curse never tests vs. SR, always invoking a will save.

Misc Notes
----------------
Tested using SR from the spell on a 27th lvl vs. Deep Troll Shaman. No other spell of theirs came even close to penetrating SR39.
