Can't click to interact with NPCS

I'm getting an odd bug lately where I can't click on NPCs to talk to them. It's about 1 in 3 times I log in and happens on both of my computers. I can use the radial menu to talk when this happens but otherwise have to log out and back in. My game is up to date an no overrides or anything, just whatever I download from you guys. Anyone else experience this? I am on Mac so it may be a unique problem there if it's not common.
