Cannot scribe scroll lesser mind blank as cleric with magic domain

Description of Bug Experienced:
Character Name: Covey Windwood
Class: Cleric
Domains: Magic, Trickery
When attempting to scribe scroll lesser mind blank using any regular empty scroll either purchased from the mage tower or the Amnish embassy in Cordor, the casting is used with text being produced in the log which reads "* Failure - Item creation not successful! *"
The character had 8705 gold in their inventory at the time of this attempt, but I am certain I've had more trying it before.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Create a cleric with the magic domain and scribe scroll feat and attempt to scribe a scroll of lesser mind blank.
Expected Result:
Scroll created.
Actual Result:
"* Failure - Item creation not successful! *" - the scroll is not created.
