Earth Domain Empowered Stone Skin Depleting Quickly

When testing out an Earth domain cleric, I found that both the Stoneskin and Greater Stoneskin buffs depleted much more quickly than expected - typically in only two enemy attacks with regular stoneskin and in a couple with greater stoneskin.

The pattern I have observed is that the depletion seems to be tied to the player character attacking. In this case with darts. What appears to be happening is that when the player inflicts damage on an enemy, some amount of reduction to the remaining durability of the stoneskin occurs. It is not however a one to one correlation.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------

Create new character on PGCC server.

Select race: Shield Dwarf and class Cleric with Earth and Ooze domains.

Level until 30. (26 Cleric, 4 Fighter.)

Gear and equip character, with mixture of crafted items boosting skills, attributes and bonus level 2 spell slots.

Add Extended Greater Stoneskin and regular Stoneskin spells to level 7 and 4 spell slots respectively.

Enter testing Playground area.

Cast extended Greater Stoneskin spell.

Trigger Shapeshifter encounter with wereboars.

Let the enemy inflict damage without taking action for several rounds, then begin attacking using crafted darts in melee.

Expected result

Each hit from the wereboars would deduct an amount from the starting pool of 225 of durability for an empowered greater stoneskin spell equal to the damage prevented until the value reached zero, at which point the spell effect will have ended.

Wereboar hit 1: 12 points absorbed - 213 remaining.
Wereboar hit 2: 14 points absorbed - 199 remaining.
Wereboar hit 3: 12 points absorbed - 187 remaining.
Wereboar hit 4: 10 points absorbed - 177 remaining.
Wereboar hit 5: 13 points absorbed - 164 remaining.

Player hit 1: 30 damage to wereboar.
Player hit 2: 67 damage to wereboar.

Wereboar hit 6: 17 points absorbed - 147 remaining.

Player hit 3: 33 damage to wereboar.
Player hit 4: 33 damage to wereboar.

Wereboar hit 7: 16 points absorbed - 131 remaining.

Actual result
-------------------

Wereboar hit 1: 12 points absorbed - 213 remaining.
Wereboar hit 2: 14 points absorbed - 199 remaining.
Wereboar hit 3: 12 points absorbed - 187 remaining.
Wereboar hit 4: 10 points absorbed - 177 remaining.
Wereboar hit 5: 13 points absorbed - 164 remaining.

Player hit 1: 30 damage to wereboar.
Player hit 2: 67 damage to wereboar.

Wereboar hit 6: 17 points absorbed - 104 remaining.

Player hit 3: 33 damage to wereboar.
Player hit 4: 33 damage to wereboar.

Wereboar hit 7: 16 points absorbed - 53 remaining.

Each hit appeared to deduct the correct amount of durability until the player character began attacking, then the amount of durability decreased much more rapidly.

Misc Notes
----------------

I have tested this behavior with multiple buffs active, and with only greater stoneskin active. This does not appear to impact the bug.
