Weird interactions with ranged weapons

This may have just been a weird interaction from the engine but I was doing writs earlier and swapped to a longbow to try and split apart a group of enemies and when I shot one of them and got it away from the group it suddenly stopped moving and just sat there making angry noises at me while I fired arrow after arrow into it until it died. I'm sure it was already agro on me but it just sat there and with the recent changes to how ranged weapons work I thought it might be best to submit a bug report incase this is related.


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Get a longbow, shoot an enemy at the edge of the screen (literally the farthest you can from their location) then move back a bit and attack again. Do this quickly like you are move shooting between rounds. (part of why I think it may be related to recent changes)

Expected result
-----------------------
The enemy should have run across the open ground to attack me in melee range

Actual result
-------------------
The enemy sat there making angry sounds till it died
