Cordor Property Registry Missing Quarters

Description of Bug Experienced:
Visited the Cordor Property Registry to view quarters to find free ones. Noticed that there were only listed for the Colosseum but knew there were 4. Checked at Colosseum and 2/4 were for sale with only 3 showing in the registry (screenshot below).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Check the registry and view the available quarters for the Colosseum in Cordor.
Expected Result:
Four quarters in the Colosseum.
Actual Result:
Two quarters in the Colosseum.

Also noticed that the Museum is missing from the property registry. Might need a review of quarters vs what the registry shows.
