Broken Transition - Plane of Earth --> The Dwarven Ruins

The transition that is supposed to be the exit of the Plane of Earth is broken, and does not work. It's supposed to lead out into the bottom floor of the First Dwarven home. It doesn't even give an error message, just refuses to transport.

Oh. I thought it doesn't lead to anywhere.
Yeah. I can confirm this, the dao quarry. Level of the emerald golem doesn't transition to anything.
Just opens the door.

there is one door that doesnt lead anywhere and one that does, leading to the Umbrick Mines

It worked prior to the Underdark server being made. Because that Dungeon is now in the "Underdark" the server transition is probably still trying to take it to a bad address on Surface.

Also, the Return using Attunement potion is also broken. I went down to the second level and it just sent me to Beyond the Gates south of Andunor instead of the the Astrolabe.
