Cavalier Speed Boost Persisting when Dismounted

Description of Bug Experienced:
If you mount a horse, change server, dismount, and return to the original server; you'll retain the mounted speed bonus despite being on foot.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
1. Mount horse on Server A. Movement speed bonus is applied.
2. Transition to Server B, while still mounted.
3. Dismount.
4. Return to Server A. You will now be dismounted, with the speed bonus intact.

Expected Result:
To walk at a sane pace.

Actual Result:
My name is Ilfiriniel Amathwain, and I am the fastest elf alive.
